Antenna France experienced a strong development phase between 2005 and 2010 during which Antenna Technologies Antsirabé (ATA) contributed to the creation of 12 installations to grow spirulina (10 are still active today), representing 1,450m2 of spirulina pond surface.
This growth period allowed to create several jobs and to provide thousands of children with an effective nutritional supplement.
Antenna France encountered a difficult phase in 2011 and 2012 linked to the political and economic situation. Moreover the destruction of installations due to the cyclones severing in those years did not help.
Nevertheless, in 2013, everything was back on a positive track.
